Cook Time: 2 hours
What you'll need:
- Mandoline slicer or very sharp knife
- Parchment paper
- Baking sheet
- Two large apples (I used Honeycrisp)
- Ground Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 200F. Wash and dry apples.
Place apple slices on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Try not to overlap the slices to much or else they will not crisp up!
Cool the chips for another hour inside the oven.
Slice apples very thin, I used the smallest setting on the Mandoline.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or cinnamon sugar if you prefer the chips to be sweeter. Bake for one hour, flip the apples over, and bake for another hour.
Serve and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
